All email correspondence is processed on my "home" computer during
non-business hours. From that location I CANNOT check status on any pending order you may have with us, nor can I check
for in-stock items. To check the
status of an order, or for items in stock, give us a call at the shop and
whoever answers the phone will be more than happy to assist you. 208-377-5577 Also, due to the volume of email received on a daily basis, time doesn't allow me to adequately address questions or inquiries that require lengthy written responses via email reply. For that reason, I have to keep my response time short. I therefore would ask that you please limit the extent of your email query so that it can be answered in the context of a sentence or two. Detailed information such as specific product recommendations, product comparisons, pros and cons of different designs, etc., are more thoroughly and efficiently addressed over the telephone, where either myself, or one of my staff can better provide you with the detailed information you will need to help you make an informed decision. And please, before sending an email asking what our current lead times are, follow the link at the top of the home page that takes you to the backlog information page (or click here instead). The backlog information page is updated frequently so as to always be current. The following is a .gif image of our email address. It is displayed as such in an effort to avoid web crawlers (spam).
