Warranty, Returns and Disclaimers
Milt Sparks Holsters, Inc. products are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship, for their reasonable useful service life, as determined at our sole discretion. We offer a 3 Day inspection period for your order upon delivery. If we make a mistake on your order, we will do our best make it right, in a reasonable time frame.
Items with the following exceptions can be returned for exchange or refund providing the following conditions are met.
- Any item returned for exchange or refund must be 100% unused and in as new condition.
- Only items ordered in their standard configuartion qualify for product refund or exchange. If you have any questions on what is or is not returnable, please call and ask before ordering.
- Orders placed for in stock items on our website are subject to a 10% restocking fee as long as they meet return guidelines. Once the item has been ordered, the restocking fee stands regardless if the order has shipped or not. Due to the excessive number of orders being placed and then immediately cancelled, we have had to implement this policy.
- Belts that are made to the individual sizing specifications that you specify on your order, are not returnable for exchange or refund. No exceptions! Please, carefully follow our instructions on “how to measure” as described on our belt page. If you have ANY questions, please call the shop.
- Items ordered with options such as basket stamping, decorative stitching, exotic trims, etc. are considered special order items and are NOT returnable for exchange or refund.
- We cannot guarantee that an item will meet your expectations of comfort, concealability, or cosmetics. Returns made for any of these reasons may be subject up to a 30% restock fee.
- Misuse, deliberate or accidental damage, theft, or loss of any means are not covered.
- Items returned for refund, must ship within the three-day inspection period following delivery to your address, in the original packaging you received it in. Padded envelopes are easily crushed in transit and any resulting damages will void any refund/exchange agreement. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit and no refunds will be given for items that are lost. Use a trackable shipping method and insure your package. Exchanges must be completed within 30 days.
Note that orders shipped with “free shipping” will be assessed a minimum 10% restock fee to cover outgoing shipping and credit card fees. Original and/or return shipping charges are not subject to refund or reimbursement. Returns made after the three-day inspection period, not to exceed 30 days from date of shipping, will be accepted for exchange only. That is providing the item is both unused and in as new condition and meets the above criteria. Items may be subject up to a 30% restocking fee.
If you have an issue with your order, please contact us immediately. After 30 days, all sales are considered final. Special order items, belts made to your individual sizing specifications and all discontinued non-catalog items are not returnable for exchange or refund.
