How to Order

We accept orders only from the United States.  Placing your order by phone is the quickest way to get your order into the queue. We accept phone orders backed by an American bank issued credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express). Typically, we do not charge your credit card until the day your order is processed for shipping. On occasion, we may process your card before your items go into production. A non-refundable deposit may be debited on special order items. Orders can also be mailed in with payment by check, money order, or credit card. Personal or business checks may be held for clearance.

An important note on debit cards: While debit cards are an acceptable means of payment, please be aware that we will not accept a request to call you first before running your card in preparation for shipping. As mentioned, we charge credit cards when we are preparing to ship the order and it is the responsibility of the debit card owner to be sure there are funds available for the transaction. We can pre-run your debit card when the order is placed upon request. We will not be held responsible for any overdraft charges from your bank. Give us a call if you have any questions on this policy.

Credit card orders must include the billing address, three- or four-digit card verification code on the back of the card and the expiration date. We are happy to ship to a different address, but you must give us of both billing and shipping addresses if they differ. Please notify us immediately of any change in billing, shipping or credit card information from the time the order is originally placed. Any information that is not updated only delays the processing of your order.

We do not accept requests to send COD. All orders must be paid in full before they can leave the shop.

We will charge a customer’s credit card before the order is made under the following circumstances:

  • The customer has requested that we do so.  If you decide to cancel an order after requesting that your credit card to be charged at the time the order is placed, there will be a 5% transaction fee applied.
  • We have had previous issues collecting a payment from a customer.
  • We have agreed to make modifications to the item(s) that we do not usually do. Modified items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • The customer would like an item that is unusual, such as an item that we rarely or never get request for.
  • The item is ordered in an exotic trim (shark, crocodile, elephant).

Order Change Policy

We will allow a one-time addition to a customer’s order, if the addition is made within 30 calendar days from the date the order is originally placed. A one-time addition doesn’t define how many items can be added, just the number of times we will allow you to do it. Any request for an order addition beyond 30 days will have to be written up as a new order.

You may change items on your order at any time up till the time the order is pulled for production. This means that you cannot add to the order after 30 days but you can change guns, belt length, etc. as your needs change.

Please note: The first two order changes are on us. After the second and for each order change thereafter, there will be a non-refundable administrative surcharge that is equal to 10% or $10 (whichever amount is greater) of the line items changed. The administrative surcharge will be due and payable at the time that each order change is made. No exceptions! We really hate to do this, but we feel that two order changes without penalty is more than fair.

You may cancel an item or the entire order at any time.

We reserve the right to enforce this policy at our discretion.

If you are a person that has a Milt Sparks product that you no longer have any personal need for and wish to sell it online, all we ask is that you use your own words and photos to describe the product in your ads. Nothing more.


While every effort is made to expedite your order in a timely manner there is always the inevitable backlog situation. Backlogs have been the bane of Milt Sparks Holsters for as long as we have been in business. One of the most frequently asked questions is “Why does it take so long to have a holster made?” The answer is that the demand for our product has always exceeded our ability to produce. The production process of a single item does not take very long, but the processing of the hundreds of orders that are ahead of yours keeps us behind. It has been our experience that no matter how many craftsmen we add to the staff, if our wait period drops the demand will pick up. We are soon back in the same situation.

We understand that many of you cannot wait the time it takes to get our product direct from us. For those who cannot wait, please check out our dealers listed at the bottom of this page for possible in-stock delivery.
