SHIPPING POLICY

 

For orders shipping within the USA:

We ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail (our discretion based on weight): Average delivery is 2-4 working days (Mon-Sat) from date of shipment. Packages are picked up the following business day after processing. If your order was processed for shipping on Monday, USPS will pick it up at our location on Tuesday.


Signature Required Option:

For an additional cost, you have the option of choosing “Signature Required” at the time of delivery. We highly recommend this option for high value orders or for locations that have a possibility of packages “disappearing.” If you would like this added service please contact us at customerservice@miltsparks.com or by calling us at 208-377-5577. Please note that for orders sent without the “Signature Required” option it becomes the buyer’s responsibility to locate/secure the shipment.


Lost Package:

If Signature Required is not used, Milt Sparks, Inc will not be liable for the loss of shipment if the tracking status shows “Delivered.” The insurance company will not accept claims for packages that show “Delivered” in the tracking status. If packages have a habit of disappearing in your area, please consider shipping to another location.


APO/FPO/DPO:

Be sure to select the USPS First Class/Priority Mail or our Free Shipping option. Please verify with your local regulations before ordering items that may be restricted.


International Orders

We are currently not accepting any international orders.
ANY INTERNATIONAL ORDERS PLACED THROUGH THE WEBSITE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED VAILD AND WILL BE REFUNDED/CANCELLED.
